SIGNATURE HOMES was founded in 1992 as an Austin, Texas area custom home builder offering creatively designed, quality custom homes at a competitive price. We have remained a small volume, locally owned and operated business, and take a personal interest in achieving the highest quality in each home we build. Our custom home projects are built on a cost plus basis, which offers our clients the flexibility and cost control to create a truly custom home without the worry of costly change order fees that many custom builders charge. We enjoy collaborating with homeowners to build homes that are special, across a wide variety of architectural styles and designs.

BRAD FLEET
 
Brad founded Signature Homes in 1992 and continues to manage all operations for the company. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and received a Graduate Certificate in Environmental Policy and International Development from Harvard University.  Brad has also held a Texas Real Estate Broker License continuously since 1988.

GARY FLINT

 

 
Gary obtained his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin. He has been building new homes in the Austin area since 1996 and has worked with Signature Homes since 2001 as a Project Manager in the construction of luxury custom homes.
